I think it is my favourite woodland plant. It's english name - "marsh Labrador tea" is also pretty wonderful! If you rub its leaves between your fingers they produce a wonderful scent! It is said to be good against insects. I don't know about that. I do know that this smell brings me some great childhood memories though.
